Darlene Ruth Schnur was born in Aroma Park, IL to parents Louis and Laura Landry and was the youngest of 16 children.
She met the love of her life, Ralph, at an early age and they were happily married for 69 years until his death in 2017.
They were blessed with five children; Steve, Keven, Gil, Wray, and Lori Caye, 10 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
They enjoyed activities that included Bunco, square dancing, and camping. They enjoyed traveling around the world.

Darlene was an excellent cook and enjoyed her time doing artwork, ceramics, crocheting, quilting, stitch work, and spending time with her family. In addition, she was an avid floral designer and gardener. She dazzled her family and friends with her creations.

Darlene was loved by everyone and will be missed by all that knew her.
